Ready to pop: Actress Jennifer Garner shops for groceries in Brentwood, California on Wednesday
Jennifer Garner's third baby is already lending the actress a helping hand before he or she has even been born.
The heavily pregnant star used her growing baby bump to help carry some products during a shopping trip on Wednesday.
The 39-year-old mother-of-two held a phone to her ear and made her way around her local supermarket while resting a couple of items on her tummy.
Mummy duty: Jennifer talks on the phone as she runs errands
Dressed casually in a pair of jeans and trainers, the Juno actress wore a beige woolly sweater that clung to her stomach and showed her protruding belly button.
Shot from the side she seemed as though she could be close to having her third baby with Oscar-winner Ben Affleck any day now.
The brunette filled her supermarket trolley with healthy fruit and vegetables but at one point picked up two heart-shaped chocolate lollipops.

She may have been buying them for her daughters Violet, six, and Seraphina, three.
Although she hasn't exactly specified when her new baby is due she did talk openly about her third pregnancy on the Ellen show back in September.
Jennifer told Ellen DeGeneres: 'The first trimester is just yuck. Kind of an all day sickness.'
A day in the life: Jennifer bustles through the grocery parking lot
'You know how once you have kids you never ever pee by yourself again?
'At least one of them is always in there with you at all times.
'So the other day [Violet] is there with me and all of a sudden she went: "Oh Mum, we have to have a talk..."
'She said: "Mum, your bottom has gotten so big that your panties don't even begin to cover it".'
The Alias star said she then had to educate her oldest child about grown-up underwear.

She said: 'I said: "It's called a thong. You wear it when you're a grown-up".
'She was like: "Uh, that is so gross!"'
The little girl and her sister, however, seem more enthusiastic about their new sibling.
Their mother said: 'They don't really care about the gender as long as we name it what they [want] it to be named.'
Jennifer has been married to Ben - also 39 - for six years.
