Did Victoria help you choose that? Katie Holmes radiated glamour at the New York premiere of Mission: Impossible last night after admitting she turns to Posh for fashion advice
She's been going for the casual approach in recent weeks, dressing down in jogging bottoms and loose T-shirts.
But Katie Holmes appeared to have had a drastic makeover as she joined husband Tom Cruise at the premiere of the new Mission: Impossible movie in New York last night.
The 33-year-old actress looked stunning in a navy polkadot sheer Holmes & Yang dress as she posed up with her husband.
What a good looking pair! Katie posed up at the event with husband Tom Cruise, who looked dapper in his suit
Katie's glamorous new look came after she admitted in an interview with the January issue of Elle magazine that she relies on fashion advice from her chic friend Victoria Beckham in preparation for such red carpet events.
She said: 'We go to the same events, and we'll call each other to ask, "What color are you wearing?" I'm always interested in what she's liking for the season.'
Katie teamed her pretty dress with opaque black tights and heels, putting her hair in a chic up 'do for the occasion.

Darling, you're supposed to be working! Tom plants a smacker on Katie, who had her make-up beautifully applied for the evening
And Katie's radiant appearance meant Tom, 49, struggled to keep his hands off his stunning wife at the premiere.
She will no doubt find it an aphrodisiac seeing her husband dare and do on screen; as Cruise is being praised for his stunts, along with director Brad Bird for the film - the fourth in the Mission: Impossible franchise.
The film opened on limited release in the U.S. last weekend and managed to claw in $13m, taking third place at the box office. With its wide release set for Wednesday, it could well top the charts after this weekend.
Dinner date: After the screening the couple headed out for dinner in the city
When asked at a press conference recently about how he dealt with heights - the film features a spectacular leap from the Burg tower in Dubai - Cruise cited a childhood experience as, perhaps, the reason he has no fear of high places.
'I guess I was four years old and I had one of those GI Joe toys, you know the ones with the parachute on their back,' he said.
'I got on roof of my parent's house, climbed over to the garage, unfurled from my back the parachute I'd made from tied-up bed-sheets and rope, and jumped.
